At 22 years old, Gemita Samarra has already made quite an impression on the acting world.

Having started her career as an underwater model and stuntwoman, appearing on TV series Bedlam and artist Laura Jane Healey's film installation The Siren - which was captured entirely underwater in slow motion - Samarra has now side-stepped into acting and made her feature film debut in Pressure earlier this year, starring opposite Joe Cole and Matthew Goode. But it wasn't until she was cast as Léa Seydoux's stunt double in recent James Bond film Spectre, that this talented newcomer's acting career really started to take off. As well as working on blockbuster films including Rush and Fast and Furious 6, Samarra, who is of Spanish and British descent, has recently made appearances in TV series such as The Royals and Game of Thrones. And with other acting projects in the pipeline, there's just no stopping this rising star.
